Ginny has decided to start a Sunday posting. This has come about because of Jamie posting Wishing Wednesday.
So many of us expressed the wish to better our health by loosing weight. So, my goal for this week is to walk four times. That will be 3 more than each of the past few weeks. I have tried by after one try stopped for a multitude of reasons. But that is my goal and I wish to stick to it.
